Fixed:
- In the social media popup, we update the publishing time when additional minutes of hours (of delay) are added.

Improved:
- The text area for custom social media text (in a popup) has been enlarged to improve usability.

- We have added an option to polls to close a poll, showing only the results on the front end when closed.
- For clients that sent articles to other webpages within Newsifier, we now check if the article photo already exists to ensure we don't copy the same picture repeatedly.
- We have added more table columns in the admin pages of ads to show the current status of an ad and the position of the ad.
