Content Calendar

The idea of this feature is to give our users/ editors a calendar inside the CMS to help plan their content creation process. With this feature, news teams can map specific articles to dates and assign them to team members. Based on the date, reminders and alerts can be sent to ensure the team follows the plan added to the calendar. We are also open to hearing about other problems you face in planning content creation so we can solve them with this feature. We are also interested in knowing more about how you plan your content creation currently (such as a doc., excel sheet, or on a whiteboard. There are no wrong answers. Only what works for you.) Note: Please do not share solutions with us. For example, don't tell us that this feature should send an alert on WhatsApp to the writer if the due date is near. Instead, share the problem with us, which can be framed as "We want to notify/ alert our writers so that they don't miss the due date for their content piece." If you feel this feature will be helpful for you, kindly upvote.

Automatically insert links of new article in related articles

With this feature, it becomes possible to give new articles that you publish an immediate big SEO boost. Here's how it works: as soon as you publish the article, a link to the new article is placed in every article that has been published in the last 5 days (and has the same tags as the article you're publishing). So our system will automatically create internal links between your newly published content and articles that have been published in the past five days and have the same tags. This ensures that many new relevant backlinks are created to the new article immediately, which will make the article more likely to be picked up by Google Search and Google Discover and receive more visitors from Google.

Real-Time Analytics for live insights into your content

This feature will give you the ability to monitor real-time traffic on your website directly from the CMS. It will be possible to see real-time traffic on the website directly in the CMS. This function is similar to Google Analytics' Real-Time Analytics, but it provides additional insights specifically designed for the needs of publishers. You will for example be able to see which topics and themes are trending and can give you AI-powered content ideas to get more traffic based on these realtime traffic insights.

SEO Analytics traffic dashboard

Measurement is knowledge. With this new SEO Analytics, you can see how many visitors you get every day from Google Discover, Google Search, and Google News, and we show you exactly which articles perform best on each platform. In addition, using AI, we show which topics perform best on Google Discover and where you should write more to get more traffic from Google Discover. We also provide you with concrete article suggestions for articles that would perform well on Google Discover based on our data. We've already experimented with this at one client and the results are promising. We also show which articles you should adjust to get more traffic from Google Search. In short, the combination of SEO data and AI could mean a significant increase in traffic from Google.

Social Analytics Traffic Dashboard

With this feature, you get detailed insights into how your social media posts perform and how to attract more visitors from social media. It becomes possible to see detailed data about your social posts. So, for example, what was your best Facebook post of the past week in terms of likes or traffic? Which Twitter X post ๐Ÿ˜‰ was shared the most, etc. These insights can help editors determine which news stories work best on social media so that they can attract more visitors from it. We will use AI to help editors see which articles and topics can generate the most social media traffic, so they can use this information to increase the number of visitors from social media.

AI natural linking module for longer time on site

With this feature, it becomes possible to have AI write a sentence at the end of the article that piques the reader's curiosity about other articles on the same topic, making visitors click through more and stay on the site longer. Here's how it works: AI reads the last 5 articles on the same topic (with the same tag) and writes a sentence at the end of the article that links to the article that AI thinks is the most interesting to link to. For example, if you are writing an article about Max Verstappen's new girlfriend, AI can add the sentence below at the end of the article and link to a related article. Max Verstappen bought an exclusive gift for his girlfriend last week. Check out her reaction here.

Integrated newsletter feature

We know from experience that managing and sending newsletters, as well as collecting newsletter subscribers, can be a challenge. That's why we've been working on our own newsletter feature for the past 10 months, which is now in the final stages. With this, it becomes possible not only to send newsletters directly from the CMS, but also to set up newsletters per interest (category and tag) that can, for instance, be sent automatically every day at a certain time. The collection of newsletter subscribers is made easy with a number of marketing tools directly in the CMS. For example, a football news website could send a special transfer newsletter during the transfer period, where a newsletter is automatically sent every day at 4:00 PM with the most-read articles about transfers. A technology website, for instance, could create a special iPhone newsletter for all those interested in iPhones and create a special sign-up form that is only displayed in articles about iPhones. This way, they can build an email list of all readers interested in iPhones and can send them a newsletter automatically each week.

AI-generated content

It will be possible to generate content directly from the CMS using AI. For example, you could input a link from an article in a Spanish newspaper and ask AI to write a English article from it, which you can then directly add to the editor. Additionally, articles can also be rewritten or simply summarized. You can also have AI write an SEO-optimized background article on a specific topic. This can greatly increase the productivity of the editors.

Managing menus becomes easier

We know how important user-friendliness is for efficiently running a news website. That's why we're introducing our new drag-and-drop menu editor. This improved feature not only makes adding or modifying menu items easier, but also much faster. This means spending less time editing the menus and more time left for creating content.
