A/B tests - is this a proper flow?

Hello team,

Based on previous experiences with generating URL-errors, we decided to quit using A/B tests somewhere last year. To be safe.

Cannot escape the value of the feature, though, so am running a few tests currently.

For reference, a screenshot of last campaigns. Is this the expected behaviour?

And it also seems from my observations that URL's do get changed and redirected, once a test is complete?

Any feedback is welcome, can provide additional data if needed.
